/ppbr/ppJoin us as anb Platform Operations Specialist /b /ppbr/ppbWHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF /b /pulliLeading the operational oversight of our entire advertising execution process, ensuring smooth delivery and performance across all major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
/liliTroubleshooting delivery issues across ad platforms, swiftly diagnosing root causes—from creative rejections to API failures—and ensuring minimal disruption to client performance.
/liliInvestigating new issues as they arise due to frequent publisher changes, policy updates, and ecosystem shifts—staying one step ahead of what's broken and why.
/liliCollaborating closely with our Product team to shape the tooling, automations, and workflows that power our production and operations—your insight will drive efficiency at scale.
/liliPartnering with Customer Success and Support to triage incidents, provide clarity on issue impact, communicate realistic resolution timelines, and maintain a high standard of customer communication throughout.
/liliManaging offshore operations teams with confidence and clarity, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and operational excellence across time zones.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH /b /pulliExperience in managing digital platform operations.
/liliKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their application to digital marketing, workflow automation, content generation, and data analysis.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
/liliExperience in managing Meta Business Manager (BM), advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access management.
/liliKnowledge of performance monitoring and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Splunk).
/liliBasic technical skills (e.g., API management, cloud computing, CRM systems).
/liliProblem-solving skills and incident management expertise.
/liliExcellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
/liliFocus on continuous improvement and technological innovation.
