Area of tasks, responsibility, and goals in the organizational area
Contribute to ensuring a high level of customer loyalty by proposing advanced technical solutions and tailored support services, aimed at effectively resolving complex technical issues and guarantee rapid response.
The position requires close collaboration with the Customer Care team and cross-functional departments, promoting a proactive, customer-focus approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio, maintaining and developing long-term business relationships;
- Identify the specific needs of the customers and the specific objectives of individual projects;
- Handle quotation processes, negotiations, and sales of company services, including maintenance, reconditioning, upgrades, and rebuilds;
- Work closely with the Application department to define the most suitable technical and commercial solutions;
- Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical specifications, studies, and cost structures, with careful attention to official documentation sent to customers;
