pbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for a bDigital Channel Manager /b to lead our digital marketing team and drive our global digital strategy across paid media, SEO, AI search, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.
/ppYou will connect our different digital channels into one integrated approach, develop your team, and ensure our digital investments deliver measurable business impact.
/ppbr/ppThe job can be placed in any of our office locations: Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics.
/ppbr/ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliLead and develop specialists across Paid Social, SEA, SEO, AI/LLM Search, E-Commerce, and Third-Party Platforms /liliDefine and execute the global digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and KPIs /liliOwn the digital marketing budget and optimize investments based on performance and ROI /liliDrive paid media and organic search performance across key platforms /liliDevelop our approach to AI/LLM search visibility as customer search behavior evolves /liliWork with the e-commerce team to improve acquisition, conversion, and the digital customer journey /liliManage our presence across relevant marketplaces, distributor sites,
and other external platforms /liliPartner with Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns /liliTranslate digital performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat You Bring /b /pulli6+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team /liliBroad experience across paid media, SEA, SEO, e-commerce, and digital platforms /liliProven experience managing digital budgets with clear ROI accountability /liliStrong understanding of SEO and emerging AI/LLM search /liliExperience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools such as GA4 /liliStrong analytical, people leadership, project and stakeholder management skills /liliIdeal to have worked with Salesforce /liliExperience in an international multicultural environment is a plus /liliFluent English; additional languages are an advantage /li /ulpbr/ppbPlease send your complete application documents in English to Nicole Schwerdtfeger, People Culture Partner Europe to .
