/h3 /brpThe Spa Coordinator ensures exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and managing appointment schedules. The role requires a professional, courteous approach to delivering services and ensuring smooth operations in line with Four Seasons standards. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliProvide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, offering information about spa treatments, products, and services. /li /brliManage scheduling efficiently, ensuring the best use of therapist time and maximizing guest satisfaction. /li /brliMaintain cleanliness and organization in the spa reception and retail areas. /li /brliEscort guests to locker rooms and provide orientations, if no attendant is available. /li /brliRecommend and sell retail products, providing guests with home care advice. /li /brliAssist with pop-up spa receptions for group arrivals and various administrative tasks. /li /brliHandle gratuities, product sales, and ensure smooth daily operations, including end-of-day closing procedures. /li /brliAddress guest complaints promptly, ensuring their satisfaction. /li /brliSupport the spa team with various duties, such as stocking and preparing guest amenities. /li /brliParticipate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications:
