Position
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Department at our Headquarters in Asolo IT.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic international environment, supporting global finance operations and contributing to the continuous development of Group accounting processes and reporting standards.
Responsibilities:
You will manage communication and accounting activities with international subsidiaries, coordinating the monthly intercompany reconciliation process across all Group entities.
You will support subsidiaries in complying with local regulations and Alpinestars Group accounting and reporting standards.
You will participate in monthly and year-end closing activities, including consolidation processes.
You will analyze Trial Balances of Italian entities,
ensuring compliance with Italian GAAP and the accuracy of accounting procedures.
You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Group accounting policies and procedures.
You will support external audit activities and prepare documentation required for annual audits.
You will assist with General Accounting processes, Fixed Assets accounting, and financial analysis activities.
You will collaborate in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements for Italian entities and Group Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with Italian GAAP.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or financial statements within an international company or audit firm.
Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
Proficiency with SAP (FI, CO, AA) and Microsoft Office.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to prepare accurate, clear, and concise financial information.
Problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Team-oriented attitude combined with a results-driven and ambitious mindset.
Previous auditing experience is considered a plus.
