/p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pThe role will act as a technical interface between Maintenance, Production, Engineering and external suppliers, combining hands-on troubleshooting support with data analysis, maintenance performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
/p ul liWork model: /li /ul ul liSupporting maintenance technicians in the troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures, ensuring effective and timely interventions.
/li liCoordinating external suppliers and service providers, from intervention planning and technical support through to verification of completed activities.
/li liCollecting, analyzing and reporting maintenance and breakdown data for monitoring and improve maintenance KPIs /li liManaging and leveraging the CMMS to ensure accurate maintenance records, preventive maintenance activities and analysis of equipment history.
/li liDeveloping and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of maintenance performance and support data-driven decision making.
/li liSupporting the Engineering team in the improvements of existing equipment and installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment and automation systems.
/li liContributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving maintenance processes, equipment performance and overall production efficiency.
/li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or a technical diploma with relevant experience.
/li liPrevious experience in industrial maintenance, engineering or automation is preferred.
/li liGood problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
/li liAbility to work effectively with maintenance technicians, production teams, engineering functions and external suppliers.
/li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and a strong interest in data analysis and KPI management.
/li liProactive mindset, ownership and ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
/li liKnowledge of Power BI (or similar data analysis and visualization tools) and SAP, together with familiarity with maintenance strategies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement methodologies, would be considered an advantage.
/li liPreferred qualifications include knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation and control systems, as well as experience in the commissioning and start-up of new equipment and automation systems.
/li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
