ppFor maternity leave, Exor International Spa is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounts payable team.
This role will help manage the accounts payable cycle, ensuring the correct accounting of supplier invoices and compliance with payment deadlines.
/p h3Main responsibilities and tasks: /h3 ul liRegistration of EU, non-EU, and Italian invoices.
/li liSupport for year-end accounting.
/li liGeneration of supplementary/self-invoices.
/li liManagement of customs import procedures.
/li liSupport for the recording of goods in transit (purchases).
/li liManagement of expense reports with related accounting.
/li liVerification of document accuracy and documentation archiving.
/li /ul h3Required skills and knowledge: /h3 ul liKnowledge (at least basic) of general accounting, double-entry bookkeeping,



and Italian accounting principles.
/li liKnowledge (at least basic) of English.
/li liProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, especially excellent command of Excel.
/li liAbility to work to deadlines.
/li liOrganization and planning of activities.
/li liPrecision.
/li /ul h3Working hours: /h3 pFull-time, Monday to Friday.
/p h3Classification: /h3 ul liMaternity leave replacement contract.
/li liMetalworkers' collective bargaining agreement.
/li liCompany canteen.
/li liCompany welfare.
/li /ul pApproximate salary: €31,000-€35,000 (based on objective and gender-neutral criteria).
