pThe client: /ppbr/ppOur client is a well-established manufacturer of complete packaging systems, from standard bottles, jars and closures to custom packaging solutions and specialized parts.
/ppAs part of their European growth strategy, they are expanding their sales team with this new appointment.
The role will ensure consistent growth in sales by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies and action plans.
/ppbr/ppResponsibilities Key Tasks: /ppbr/pulliProactively develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive revenue growth /liliIdentify and secure new business opportunities through structured planning, outreach, and pipeline management /liliEngage potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions /liliConduct customer visits to assess requirements, promote products/services, and strengthen long-term partnerships /liliPerform cost–agevolazioni and commercial viability analyses for both existing and prospective accounts /liliResolve customer issues effectively by identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and providing feedback to management /liliConsistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within defined timelines /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned and effective sales delivery /liliProvide regular market and customer insights, including needs, trends,
competitor activity, and new business opportunities /liliRecommend improvements to products, services, and commercial strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback /liliMonitor competitor activity, including pricing, product developments, and go-to-market strategies /liliSupport pricing strategy, quotations, promotions, and commercial negotiations /liliPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients /liliManage the full sales cycle, including order processing, contract preparation, and payment follow-up /liliRespond promptly to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms /liliMaintain accurate reporting, including sales activity, pipeline updates, and market analysis /liliEnsure full compliance with company policies and relevant quality, environmental, and safety standards (ISO ****, ISO *****, IFS) /li /ulpbr/ppKey skills: /ppbr/pulliThe ideal candidate will need to have experience in either PET Packaging (Bottles, Containers, Jars and Caps) or Plastic Packaging /liliFlexible and collaborative /liliA hunter personality, independent and highly motivated /liliGood communication skills both written and orally /liliExcellent at prospecting (cold calling and e-mailing) /liliComputer literate, with knowledge of current operating systems and software /li /ulpbr/p
