/ppbr/ppWe are looking for an bAccount Manager based in Rome /b, hired by Amusnet Italy.
/ppbr/ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pp· Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers /pp· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts /pp· Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner /pp· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams /pp· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust /pp· Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests /pp· Forecast and track client account metrics /pp· In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio /pp· Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients /pp· Ability to travel for meetings with clients, industry related shows and conferences /pp· Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives /pp· Prepare reports on account status /ppbr/ppbQualifications Requirements: /b /pp· Experience in the online gambling industry /pp· Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience /pp· Excellent verbal and written communications skills /pp· Fluent English both written and spoken /pp· Good computer skills - Microsoft Office /pp· Attention to detail /pp· Result-oriented and self-driven personality /pp· Technical knowledge is a plus /pp· Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results /pp· Based in Rome, Italy /ppbr/ppbWhat we offer: /b /pp· Competitive salary /pp· Private Health Insurance /pp· Perfect office location /pp· Permanent employment /ppbr/ppIf you are interested, please apply directly sending us your CV in English.
