For our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for a PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs: she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants,
working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants. Join us in crafting an exceptional educational journey! /ph3AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIES /h3ulliProvide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.); /liliDeliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program; /liliManage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates; /liliCoordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events; /liliManage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement; /liliCollaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree; /lili3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training,
