We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society. /br /p /brp /br /ph3Basic Function /h3 /brul /brliCollaborate with Mepol HSE Manager in the risk assessment and, therefore, in the drafting of the relevant Risks assessment document, in the planning and control of the prevention and protection measures implemented to guarantee adequate levels of health and safety;br/ /li /brliIdentify and evaluate the risk factors within the company; /li /brliContinuously monitor the dynamics that develop within the company with regard to the state of the structural and technological resources (work environments, systems, machines, equipment, etc.), the organization, training and work practices followed, reporting risk situations in writing to the employer (e.g. Near misses, HS Gap Analysis reports); /li /brliParticipate in consultations on health and safety at work, i.e. the annual periodic meeting (art. 35 Legislative Decree 81/2008). /li /br /ul /brh3Roles Responsabilities /h3 /brh3General /h3 /brul /brliProvide employees with the information required by art. 36 Legislative Decree 81/2008. /li /brliIdentify and monitor opportunities for improvement in safety and the environment. /li /brliPlanning and contacts with suppliers for periodic checks of safety, fire, emergency, electrical safety systems,
and for the supply of goods and services (PPE, modifications, small equipment, environmental analysis) /li /brliPromotes programs or initiatives to raise awareness of the OCS (Operation Clean Sweep) program /li /brliSupport internal safety and environmental audits /li /brliApply and enforce rules and procedures relating to Security aspects (ISO28000 Management System) /li /brliUse of customized software for the creation of safety data sheets /li /brliRecording of data in the Intelex system /li /br /ul /brh3Area Of Expertise, Requirements /h3 /brul /brliPlant personnel apply and comply with safety and environmental regulations /li /brliDVR updated and compliant with HSE regulations /li /brliMachinery and systems continuously updated and compliant with regulations /li /brliReduction of the LTA index and the number of accidents /li /brliPlant compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations /li /brliContinuous reduction of environmental impact through continuous improvement /li /brliZero incidents good practice implementation /li /br /ul /brh3Min.
