In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end programmatic activation workflow, from processing initial client briefs, drafting strategic proposals, and securing bookings, to hands-on campaign setup in DSPs, execution, ongoing optimization, and in-depth performance analysis with actionable insights. /p pYou will be a key contributor to the success of our clients' campaigns, leveraging your expertise in programmatic technologies, audience targeting, and activation best practices to drive impactful results. This role requires a solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal agency teams, clients, media partners, and execution units. /p pbSkills and Experience /b /p ul liReceive, process, and evaluate programmatic briefs from agency and client teams to ensure all strategy and activation requirements are aligned. /li liDevelop comprehensive programmatic campaign strategies, media plans, and proposals based on overall advertiser goals, target audience, budget, and desired outcomes. /li liSupervise the insertion order (IO) and booking process, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, as well as handling cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner. /li liConfigure and launch programmatic campaigns within various Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs) and external tools/platforms, ensuring accurate targeting, bidding strategies, and creative implementation. /li liContinuously monitor and analyze campaign performance against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as reach, frequency, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. /li liIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis. /li liAct as a consultant, providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement, including adjustments to targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
/li liProactively identify and implement strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives. /li liDevelop strong and effective audience targeting plans in accordance with campaign objectives (branding / performance), leveraging data and insights to reach the most relevant users. /li liUtilize various targeting methods, including demographic, behavioral, contextual, and retargeting strategies. /li liPerform regular reviews of campaign status across revenue, KPIs, and pacing, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions. /li liGenerate and deliver insightful performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, campaign learnings, and actionable recommendations. /li liStay up-to-date on the latest programmatic technologies, features, and trends, acting as a main point of contact for tech-related topics and optimization best practices. /li liDesign and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of specific features, products, technologies, formats, and tactics. /li liWork with main internal and external stakeholders (tech providers, agencies and clients, sales, product and data science teams) to develop best practices for effective activations. /li liReach out to the sales team for what appears to be at-risk campaigns. /li liBuild and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, agencies). /li li2-3 years of programmatic buying / biddable / trafficking experience (hands-on experience with DSPs). /li liFamiliarity with main DSPs / buying platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP). /li liFamiliarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Comscore, IAS, MOAT). /li liFamiliarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager) /li liProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. /li liPassion for digital advertising; organized and able to meet deadlines. /li liExperience with automation solutions (e.g., scripting, APIs) is a plus. /li liCollaborative spirit: A strong team player who thrives in a dynamic, collective environment. /li liCommercially minded, with a knack for recognizing new opportunities. /li liHighly detail-oriented and analytical, approaching problems and solutions in a logical,
