As an bAccounting Manager, /b you will play an active role in shaping the future of the Accounting function and driving the continuous development of processes and systems. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting /liliStrong knowledge of the relevant Italian accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage /liliEnsuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements /liliExperience in the preparation and management of annual financial statements /liliManaging and continuously improving accounting processes and structures /liliIn-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows, digitalization initiatives, and optimization projects within accounting /liliSupporting change and transformation processes /liliProactive identification and evaluation of funding programs and grants /liliCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders /liliProviding professional leadership and development of the accounting team /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification is an advantage /liliSeveral years of professional experience in accounting, with solid expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting /liliStrong knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax requirements /liliExperience in audit firms or external auditing companies is an advantage /liliExperience with ERP systems,
