Define and drive the L&D; strategy aligned with NWPB business priorities.Design and govern development journeys for key talent, successors and leadership populations, ensuring readiness for future business needs and critical roles.Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.Identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.Design and deliver leadership,
commercial and functional development programs.Measure learning impact through KPIs and analytics.Manage L&D; budget and external learning partners.Support markets with fit-for-purpose learning solutions and best practices.Build strong partnerships with HR, Compliance and business stakeholders.What will make you successful?
Experience in Talent and Capability Building.
