To lead our Front Office, we are looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Reception Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, embodies our philosophy of genuine, personalized hospitality.
Your Tasks
- Managing all operational processes in the front office
- Organizing daily operations at the front desk
- Team leadership
- Warmly welcoming guests upon check-in and check-out
- Guest support and communication
- Quality assurance and quality control
- Complaint management
- Monitoring the preparation and updating of various programs/lists
- Smooth communication and collaboration with various departments
- Training of new employees
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry
- Very good knowledge of English, Italian, and German
- ASA-J certification is a plus
- Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Sales talent
- Strong guest-oriented approach
- A professional and confident demeanor
