Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health. /p pWithin this mission, the Procurement and Supply Chain team enables scientific excellence by ensuring efficient, compliant and strategic sourcing processes. /p pWe are seeking a bPublic Procurement Senior Buyer /b with solid expertise in public tender procedures and regulatory frameworks. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will manage public procurement procedures end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks while contributing to the optimisation of procurement strategies and supplier performance. /p pYou will work closely with the Public Procurement Manager and internal stakeholders to support the institute’s operational and strategic needs. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liManage end-to-end public tender procedures, from needs definition to contract signing, ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 36/2023 and internal rules /li liExecute procurement activities using digital platforms and ERP systems, including managing subscriptions to CONSIP, NECA and other public frameworks /li liAct as the main point of contact for suppliers during tender phases, handling QA, documentation and required guarantees /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory frameworks (Public Procurement Code, ANAC) and internal audit and transparency requirements, including administrative checks for contract finalisation /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and technical specifications,



contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement practices and standard documentation /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science or equivalent experience /li liAt least 7 years of experience in managing public tenders (open, restricted, negotiated procedures) /li liSolid knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 /li liStrong experience in structuring and evaluating economic offers (Excel or equivalent tools) /li liGood command of English /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience with e-procurement platforms /li liWorking knowledge of SAP /li liExperience in research institutes, universities, or public-sector organisations /li /ul h3Organizational and social skills /h3 ul liStructured task and priority management /li liNegotiation and supplier interaction skills /li liStakeholder management /li liEffective communication /li liProblem-solving and simplification mindset /li liTeamwork and cross-functional collaboration /li /ul pAt HT, your work will directly support research activities by ensuring transparent, compliant and efficient procurement processes. /p h3Why Human Technopole /h3 pHT offers an international and dynamic environment where diverse expertise and advanced technologies converge to accelerate scientific discovery.
