Tommy Hilfiger, brand globale di PVH, cerca un Sales Associate per lo store di Roma. Il candidato garantirà un servizio clienti eccellente, seguendo la selling ceremony e coordinando il team in assenza del Deputy CX per mantenere alti i livelli di performance.
Gestirà la cassa, promuoverà l'iscrizione al CRM, utilizzerà strumenti omnichannel (FPS) e assicurerà l'organizzazione floor per massimizzare i momenti di peak. Obiettivo: raggiungere KPI e Net sales.
