You will work with technology vendors to develop and maintain relevant training courses, collaborate with Academy teams across Europe, and identify opportunities to promote and sell training solutions to bresellers, partners and customers /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage a portfolio of technical and commercial training courses across our vendor ecosystem. /li liWork with vendors to identify training needs and develop relevant courses and learning solutions. /li liMaintain vendor relationships to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date. /li liCoordinate the launch and ongoing management of training programmes. /li liCollaborate with Academy teams across Europe to align initiatives and share best practices. /li liIdentify new training opportunities based on vendor priorities and market demand. /li liDevelop commercial plans to promote and sell Academy courses to resellers, partners and customers. /li liPartner with Sales and Marketing to increase awareness, participation and revenue. /li liMonitor course performance and identify opportunities to improve the Academy portfolio. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Experience /h3 ul liExperience in Business Development, Training/Academy Management, Vendor Management or a similar role. /li liStrong commercial mindset and interest in technology and professional training. /li liExperience managing relationships with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders. /li liStrong communication,
