/ph3Integrated Pest Technician /h3pThe Integrated Pest Technician plays a vital role in supporting the IPM Specialist and the safety through proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Best Management Practices (BMP )applications to the golf course. They will monitor and prevent disease, noxious weeds and pest activity with precision, care, and environmental responsibility and stewardship. /ppIn this role, you will implement programs under the direction of the IPM Specialist that will be preapproved by the Director of Golf Maintenance and the Superintendent, conduct daily routine inspections, apply sustainable treatment methods, and ensure compliance with local, state, federal and Four Seasons health and safety standards. You will work closely with the IPM Specialist to maintain a pristine environment and protect the guest experience. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in pest control, environmental health, or an IPM-focused role preferred. /liliKnowledge of BMP IPM principles and safe chemical handling practices. /liliPreventative applications and scouting. /liliFlexibility to work days , evenings, weekends, and holidays. /li /ulh3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct routine daily golf course inspections scouting for disease, weeds or pests. /liliImplement and maintain Integrated Pest Management procedures,
