The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, device configuration, installations, and maintaining IT assets at the site. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support to end users. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals. /li liPerform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting. /li liInstall and configure Windows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools. /li liSupport Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications. /li liPerform user account, password, and access-related troubleshooting in coordination with the appropriate teams. /li liSupport Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration. /li liTroubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP configuration. /li liPerform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration. /li liSupport endpoint management platforms such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or similar tools. /li liHandle IT asset installation, inventory, tagging, validation, movement, and decommissioning. /li liProvide hands-and-feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required. /li liAssist with server room / network room activities, including basic cable tracing,
patching, labeling, and equipment validation. /li liSupport IT projects such as device refresh, office moves, hardware rollouts, migrations, and site deployments. /li liCoordinate with remote infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution. /li liMaintain accurate records of incidents, requests, assets, and activities in the ITSM/ticketing system. /li liFollow defined SLA, ITIL, security, and operational procedures. /li liPrepare activity reports and provide regular status updates to the onsite/remote management team. /li /ul pNote- Backfill Engineer – IT SupportBackfill requirement for an IT Support Engineer to ensure uninterrupted IT support and site operations. xysqume The engineer will handle day-to-day user support, troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, network connectivity, system access, and other IT-related incidents. /p h3Required Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting. /li liHands-on experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. /li liKnowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID). /li liBasic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. /li liExperience with desktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting. /li liKnowledge of SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or other endpoint management tools. /li liExperience with OS imaging, deployment, and software installation. /li liFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms. /li liBasic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls is preferred. /li liAbility to perform onsite hardware replacement, cabling, asset validation, and equipment installation. /li /ul pEuc Support / Field It Support Engineer- (Dispatch/Freelance) San Vito, IT /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
