The User Access Office coordinates access procedures, open calls, evaluation processes and user support to ensure an efficient and impactful use of HT’s National Facilities. /p pThe National Facilities Access Specialist, reporting to the National Facilities Access Manager, plays a pivotal role in enabling the operations of the User Access Office, supporting the development and implementation of access procedures to HT’s National Facilities. The role is focused on supporting the preparation of open calls for access, providing support to Users and Evaluation Committees, and contributing to the visibility and effectiveness of the National Facility offer. /p pThis position is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover and represents an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative research environment while supporting key activities of the National Facilities Access Office. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ulliSupport the design, launch and management of open calls for access, including guidelines and documentation. /liliProvide helpdesk assistance to applicants and ensure smooth and compliant application workflows. /liliCoordinate the evaluation process, including interaction with reviewers and support to the SIEC. /liliAct as primary contact for Users,



coordinating project execution with facility staff and managing logistics. /liliMonitor project budgets and maintain comprehensive access and project documentation. /liliContribute to tools and processes for tracking access usage and assessing scientific impact. /liliSupport outreach, training and community engagement initiatives related to the National Facilities. /li /ul h3Essential /h3 h3What you’ll bring /h3 ulliUniversity degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline. /liliPrevious experience in a research institute, university, or life science environment. /liliExperience in research administration, scientific operation, scientific project management or user support activities. /liliStrong written and spoken English. /liliGood knowledge of Italian. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ulliFamiliarity with peer-review processes or scientific evaluation procedures. /liliExperience supporting scientific infrastructures, core facilities or research access programmes. /liliExperience coordinating projects or activities involving international stakeholders. /liliExperience using project tracking, CRM or workflow management tools. /liliPhD in Life Sciences or a related field. /li /ul h3Organizational and social skills /h3 ulliProactive and fast learner. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliExcellent organisational and time-management abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities independently. /liliCollaborative and service-oriented mindset. /liliProblem-solving approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities. /li /ul h3Why Human Technopole /h3 pHT offers an international and dynamic workplace, competitive welfare provisions, flexible working policies and relocation support. /p pThis is a maternity cover contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Level B2 /p pSalary: up to 45k, depending on candidate's seniority /p pThe position is based in Milan, Italy, within our vibrant international campus. /p pWe strongly encourage applications from candidates belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
