You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth. /p h3What you will do /h3 pAs Ocean Import Export Operator your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liShipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution. /li liDocumentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations. /li liMonitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders. /li liInvoicing: Validating documentation,
managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers. /li liReporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards. /li liCoordination: Collaborating with the team to resolve any operational issues. /li liEnsuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements. /li liContributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liProven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies. /li liStrong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation. /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Salary package /h3 pContract type: Permanent /p pWorking hours: Full-Time /p pGross annual salary / RAL: € 28.000 – € 35.000 /p h3What We offer: /h3 ul liFlexible and hybrid working schemes,
