Your primary responsibilities will include supporting sales, procurement, and licensing contracts, drafting templates, managing claims during the execution phase, and providing counsel to a production facility. /ph3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3ulliManage all legal matters for various Grid Technologies execution units related to HVDC, substations, products, services, digital solutions, and more. /liliRedline and negotiate contracts, developing templates for EPC contracts with both private and public customers, including those within public award procedures, supply and commissioning contracts, and software delivery agreements. /liliOversee public award procedures concerning legal matters and provide legal counsel to a transformer factory on all relevant issues. /liliHandle claims with customers and suppliers effectively while taking initiative to proactively address business challenges by balancing governance with business needs. /liliEngage and manage outside counsel cost-effectively when necessary, fostering a culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency, and open communication within the organization. /liliCollaborate closely with the global Legal Counsel community to ensure alignment and best practices.
/li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliYou are a fully qualified lawyer or possess equivalent qualifications in Italian law, with at least 5 years of professional experience in the legal department of an international company or a law firm. /liliYou are adaptable and open to “multi-tasking,” seamlessly transitioning between different legal topics throughout the day. /liliYou have experience in negotiating and drafting EPC contracts, with established expertise in FIDIC contract forms and their practical applications, as well as ancillary agreements and relevant financial arrangements. /liliYou are knowledgeable in public award procedures and have a keen interest in technical and commercial topics related to power transmission plants, electro‑mechanical equipment, software, and artificial intelligence. /liliYou stay informed about new regulatory developments at both EU and national levels that impact Siemens Energy’s business activities. /liliYou possess excellent communication skills, coupled with intercultural sensitivity and competence, and thrive in a team-oriented and international environment. /liliYou are fluent in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. /li /ulh3About The Team /h3pOur Grid Technologies business area enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
