Role: Engineering Manager (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of high-quality, foundational large language models through supervised fine tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage teams of 20+ Python, JavaScript, Java, and other language developers to execute technical tasks effectively.- Collaborate closely with researcher clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered work.- Maintain rigorous review processes to ensure the highest quality of datasets.- Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable states, taking full responsibility for delivery.- Identify and implement measures to enhance the quality of code within the team.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience,
