You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business to strongvalidate contracts /strong, strongpurchase orders /strong, strongservice entries /strong, and stronginvoices /strong, helping to keep our processes running smoothly and our vendor relationships strong. /ppThroughout the month, you'll play a key role in strongmonitoring and resolving discrepancies /strong, strongreconciling vendor accounts /strong, strongsupporting accruals /strong, and contributing to a successful strongmonth-end close /strong. Your expertise will also extend beyond Accounts Payable into areas such as strongVAT accounting /strong, strongfixed assets management /strong, strongcapitalization /strong, strongdepreciation /strong, and the monitoring of Work-in-Progress projects. Whether strongsupporting audit activities /strong, preparing financial documentation, or collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, your work will contribute directly to the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting. /ph3bAbout You:
/b /h3pWe're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right. You have between strong1-3 years /strong in strongAccounts Payable /strong, strongAccounting /strong, or strongFinance Operations /strong and are comfortable working in strongSAP FI /strong, while knowledge of strongSAP Ariba /strong would be an advantage. You understand the importance of strong financial controls and have a solid grasp of stronginvoice processing /strong, strongvendor accounting /strong, and strongreconciliation activities /strong. /ppBeyond your technical expertise, you're naturally stronganalytical /strong, confident working with strongExcel /strongand large volumes of data, and enjoy solving problems in a structured way.
