For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Pioltello, Milan a dynamic and motivated Mechanical RD Engineer. /p ul liDesign and construction of electrical system/products and project-based solutions. /li liPerform finite element analyses (tension/stress, fatigue, hardware analysis, welding, aging frequency/vibration) to aid and optimize design and validation of new products, focusing on modeling welded/bolted/riveted joints, fatigue, proof stresses, and safety factors according to railway norms and best practices. /li liProvide technology innovations and high product reliability. /li liKeep design database updated in order to trace and produce right apparatuses. /li liKeep high level of technology in mechanical electrical products. /li liValidate all mechanical electrical design of dedicated group. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering with experience in FE simulation for mechanical validation.
Other master degree can be evaluated (like: electrical engineer…). /li liProject Management experience and skills. /li liElectrical AC/DC Medium / High voltage as a strong plus. /li liDevelopment or technical design on mechanical or electro-mechanical devices is a plus. /li liMinimum 5 years of successful industrial experience. /li liVery good knowledge of 3D CAD modelling software (Solidworks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, etc..). /li liRailway rolling stock industry international standards knowledge as a plus. /li liExperience with MSC Nastran/Apex/Patran is advantageous. /li liExperience with analysis of welded joints and fatigue is advantageous. /li liLanguages: English – fluent with ability to create high-quality written reports for clients; French – beneficial but not required. /li /ul pWe offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the metal-mechanical sector, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €35,000 and €60,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. /p pIn addition, in line with company policy and applicable collective agreements, we offer: /p ul liOn-site work model with the possibility of lavoro da remoto up to two days per week, in accordance with company policy /li liLunch ticket /li liWelfare benefits in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement /li /ul pThe indicated salary range reflects our commitment to internal equity and pay transparency. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
