Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in statutory reporting, Group reporting (US GAAP), tax compliance, working capital improvement, digital transformation, and team development. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul lipLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. /p /li lipEnsure the accuracy of accounting records, statutory accounts, and financial statements. /p /li lipManage Group reporting under US GAAP and reconcile differences with local accounting standards. /p /li lipCoordinate internal and external audits and maintain compliance with internal control requirements. /p /li lipOversee direct and indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing activities, and relationships with tax advisors. /p /li lipMonitor accounts receivable, credit exposure, collections, and working capital performance. /p /li lipSupport budgeting,



forecasting, and long-term planning processes. /p /li lipProvide financial analyses and insights to support strategic business decisions. /p /li lipDrive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects within Finance. /p /li lipAct as a key Finance stakeholder in ERP implementations and system enhancements. /p /li lipLead, coach, and develop a team of Accounting Specialists. /p /li lipFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /p /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul lipDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. /p /li lipAt least 7 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, or Finance roles within multinational organizations. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of ITA GAAP, US GAAP and/or IFRS. /p /li lipExperience with statutory and consolidated financial statements, tax compliance, and transfer pricing. /p /li lipFamiliarity with ERP systems and finance process digitalization. /p /li lipProven people leadership and stakeholder management skills. /p /li lipFluent English. /p /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liEmployment Classification: Quadro level under the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labor Agreement) /li /ul pFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
