to find suitable candidates /li liNegotiation of contracts and agreements with experts /li liCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development. /li /ul h3Qualifications and skills /h3 ul liA master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields /li liAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders /li liNegotiation with expertand preparation of CVs /li liFamiliarity with EC framework contracts /li liAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts /li liExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc. /li liStrong communication skills /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines /li liGreat teamworking /li liStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail /li liA structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point). /li /ul h3Language and skills /h3 ul liFluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level) /li liFluency in oral and written French would be an advantage /li /ul h3Expert Sourcing And Recruitment Consultant Poreta, IT /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
