This position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of manufacturing operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing directly to the achievement of the plant's financial and operational objectives. /p /brh3Your role /h3 /brpYou will be responsible for overseeing all industrial controlling activities at the plant, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of economic and production data while providing valuable insights to support decision-making. /p /brpYou will be an active member of the site's operational leadership team, working in close partnership with Operations, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and IT functions. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead the monitoring and analysis of industrial costs and key production KPIs. /li /brliCollect, validate, and analyze production and financial data, ensuring accurate tracking of standard costs, variances, and actual manufacturing costs. /li /brliIdentify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and profitability. /li /brliPrepare monthly reporting packages covering costs, margins, productivity, and plant performance. /li /brliSupport monthly closing activities,
