About the role
Zuru Tech is on a mission to digitalise how buildings are constructed worldwide, with a multinational team building the first BIM software that lets you design your home and have it built. Our Milan office is busy and growing, and it only runs smoothly if someone owns the practical side of it. That's this role. As General Services Coordinator you keep the office stocked, supplied and working, handle orders and vendors end to end, and are the person the team turns to when something needs sorting.
What you'll do
- Supoport day-to-day office operations: order supplies, equipment and services, and keep everything the team needs stocked and available
- Support and collaborate with vendors end to end — coordinate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and make sure deliveries land on time
- Keep accurate inventory and track spend against budget, reordering before things run out
- Be a point of contact for employee requests, resolving supply, equipment and service issues quickly
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, and organise storage and workspace so the office stays efficient
- Support the planning and running of company events
What you'll need
- Can independently run office operations, orders and vendor coordination for a busy workplace
- Good organisation and time management, comfortable juggling several requests at once without dropping things
- Comfortable owning a small budget and tracking expenses
- A can-do, problem-solving attitud - you resolve issues calmly and don't wait to be asked
- Fluent Italian and a good working level of English (international,
on-site team)
- Available and reliably present on site - this role is 100% office-based
Nice to have
- Some experience in planning company or team events
- Vendor negotiation experience or desire to learn
- Previous office management / facilities coordination background
