Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role: /h3pWe are looking for a bProject Manager /b to join GDM. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects from order intake through final on-site acceptance, ensuring that project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk management are achieved. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. The position includes international travel of approximately 30% of working time. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project kick-off to final customer acceptance /liliMonitor and control project costs,
ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments /liliDevelop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring timely execution /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions when required /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams involved in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities /liliAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related matters /liliEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed project deliverables /liliMonitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and customers /liliManage scope changes, evaluating their impact on costs, timing, and resources /liliSupport installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sites /liliLead project review meetings and drive issue resolution throughout the project execution phase /liliEnsure proper project closure, including documentation completion and formal customer acceptance /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management,
or a related technical field /liliApproximately 5 years of experience in project management within industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environments /liliProven experience in managing project costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationships /liliGood understanding of project management methodologies and tools /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication and organizational abilities /liliCustomer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills /liliProfessional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus /liliAvailability to travel internationally up to approximately 30% of working time /li /ulh3Our Offer: /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from bEUR 40,800 /b, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. /ppThe compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach b10% of base salary at target /b. /ppA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
