TEXA S.P.A. is looking for a Vehicle Dynamics Control Engineer – Lateral & Longitudinal Control to join its office in Bologna (BO).

Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the definition and development of the following core Vehicle Dynamics functions:
- Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD)
- All-Wheel Drive(AWD)
- Torque Vectoring (TV) / Braking Torque Vectoring (bTV)
- Traction Control System (TCS) / Braking Traction Control System (bTCS)
- Drag Torque Control (DTC)
- ElectronicStability Program (ESP)
- Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)
- Regenerative Braking
The candidate will also be supported in the Model-Based Development and validation of control algorithms related to the above-mentioned vehicle dynamics functions.
The integration of these functions into the overall vehicle torque management chain will be carried out by other members of the team.
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience in the complete development lifecycle, from concept definition to pre-tuning, for at least one production vehicle.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for Model-Based Development (MBD), including:control algorithm modeling; simulationactivities; automatic code generation.
- Hands‑on experience with ETAS INCA for:ECU calibration; parameter tuning; measurement acquisition; on‑vehiclevalidation and testing.
