ppWe are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong VP Financial Reporting Consolidation to lead Domyn Group Holding’s financial reporting, consolidation and accounting governance activities. /ppBased in Domyn Group Holding, headquartered in Milan, the VP will oversee the financial reporting and consolidation of the international Group, including operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland, as well as future European entities. /ppReporting directly to the Group CFO, the role will ensure accurate, timely and robust consolidated reporting, while supporting Domyn’s international growth, potential future IPO and relationships with investors, lenders and auditors. /ppThis is a high-impact leadership role combining technical accounting, financial reporting, systems transformation and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing technology environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the preparation and delivery of Domyn's consolidated financial statements and Group financial reporting packages; /liliOversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and consolidation processes across the Group; /liliEstablish and maintain robust Group accounting policies, procedures and reporting standards; /liliCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements for relevant Group entities; /liliEnsure consistent accounting policies and reporting standards across the Group's operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland; /liliSupport the integration of new entities and countries into the Group's reporting and consolidation framework as Domyn continues its European expansion; /liliMaintain strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (ITA GAAP), IFRS and US GAAP, supporting the Group in accounting policy decisions and complex transactions; /liliAssess the accounting implications of new business models, MA transactions, financing arrangements, share-based payments, revenue recognition and other complex transactions; /liliLead and coordinate financial reporting activities related to IPO readiness and potential future capital markets transactions; /liliLead the evolution of the Group's financial reporting and consolidation systems,



leveraging Oracle NetSuite as the Group ERP; /liliSupport the implementation and optimization of NetSuite's accounting, consolidation and reporting capabilities. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; /liliProfessional accounting qualification (e;g; Italian Dottore Commercialista, Certified Public Accountant, ACCA or equivalent) is highly desirable; /liliAdditional qualifications in IFRS, financial reporting or capital markets are considered a plus; /lili10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting or audit; /liliSignificant experience in international groups, preferably within technology, software, AI, telecommunications, infrastructure or other fast-growing sectors; /liliPrevious experience supporting an IPO, public listing, capital markets transaction or IPO readiness program; /liliExperience managing external audits and complex financial reporting processes; /liliPrevious experience in a Big Four audit firm and/or a multinational corporate finance environment is highly valued; /liliExperience in MA, post-merger integration and accounting for complex corporate transactions is a strong plus; /liliDemonstrated experience building or transforming finance functions in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations; /liliExcellent English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate confidently in an international executive environment; /liliStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliDetail-oriented, with strong professional judgment and a high level of accuracy; /liliAble to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines; /liliHands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges; /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,
