ph3Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: /h3pWe are looking for a Project Quality Manager , who will report to the Area Projects Quality Manager in the Transmission Division and will be based in our HQ in Milan. /ppThe Project Quality Manager main tasks are to plan and implement quality activities within projects, coordinate and supervise Quality Assurance and Control activities, as per the project scope of work (including design, cables/accessories manufacturing, land and marine installation, testing), company methods, contractual requirements and relevant standards and regulations. /ph3Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: /h3ulliDealing with Clients with relation to Quality matters and relevant contractual requirements /liliCoordinate the preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures, guaranteeing the compliance with contractual requirements and relevant standards and regulations involving internal and external stakeholders (e.g. project teams, plants, suppliers, subcontractors) /liliCollaborate with manufacturing plants in preparing Inspection and Test Plans and monitoring the product quality and the relationship with Customers. /liliAssess the suitability of suppliers and subcontractors at tender and execution stage, to review their quality plans and quality activities, ensuring they work in compliance with project quality requirements. /liliPlan and perform quality training activities within the project team and the stakeholders involved /liliPlan and perform quality audits to project processes/activities, manufacturing plants, suppliers and subcontractors. /liliFollow-up client quality audits, non-conformities, complaints, etc.



and to ensure relevant problem solving /liliPromote project improvements, lessons learned and best practice collection and implementation. /liliCollaborate on the preparation of project quality reporting /liliProvide periodical project data analysis (e.g. project objectives, performance indicators, non-conformities, complaints, and lesson learned) and relating reporting /liliEnsure contract review and project close out are performed as per contractual requirements /liliCoordinate the management of non-conformities and Root Cause Analysis /liliThe candidate duties include also to collaborate with the company Quality for reporting, tendering purposes, and company quality management activities. /li /ulh3Key requirements: /h3ulliSolid Experience of Quality Management preferably within EPCI work environment, including manufacturing/production, land site activities and/or vessel operations. /liliEngineering master's degree preferred /liliStrong Knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience is requested. Be qualified as lead auditor will be a plus. /liliKnowledge of problem-solving and RCA techniques /liliIEC standards, PMI, risk management techniques, Lean Six Sigma knowledge/experience/certification will be a plus /liliStrong leadership,



team player /liliPeople management/influencing and organizational skills.
