- Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products
- Work as part of the Global Product Industrialization function
- Support analytical method development for protein-based products within Global Technical Operations & Supply
Requirements
-
- At least 8 years of experience in a chemical/biochemical laboratory working with protein-based products, or 5 years of experience for candidates holding a PhD
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Knowledge of chromatographic techniques using UV, ELSD, MALS, and fluorescence detectors
- Knowledge of SDS-PAGE
- Knowledge of capillary electrophoresis
- Knowledge of immunochemical techniques such as Western blotting and ELISA
- Knowledge of enzymatic reactions
- Knowledge of UV spectroscopy
- Knowledge of mass spectrometry techniques
- Data analysis and statistical evaluation
- Good knowledge of English,
written and spoken
