ppWe are looking for a bLogistics Specialist /bto join our Logistics team in Milan, available to move to our logistic site in Stradella (PV) a few times a week. In this role, you will manage international bimport and export /boperations, with a specific focus on bB2B flows /b, customs compliance, and CITES documentation. /ppYou will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate, timely, and compliant across international markets. /ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliEnd-to-end knowledge of import/export customs processes and related documentation. /liliExperience coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers. /liliKnowledge of customs classification, origin, value, duties, preferential treatments and country-specific requirements. /liliExperience managing customs anomalies, authorisations, restrictions and proof of export. /liliFamiliarity with special trade compliance topics, including CITES, exotic skins and regulated products. /liliAbility to verify product compliance requirements before shipment, in coordination with internal teams. /liliUnderstanding of trade governance, mandates, signing powers and delegation processes. /liliExperience managing customs and trade master data, including HS codes, origin, product descriptions, materials and customs value. /liliAbility to manage non-standard flows such as returns, re-imports, re-exports, samples and temporary shipments. /liliStrong attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for: /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in import/export, international logistics, customs operations,
