The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. /ph3About the role /h3pThe Security Officer is responsible for the day-to-day security force of the Naples Beach Club residences to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, supporting workplace safety, life/fire safety systems, and preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.



The ideal candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliAssist the Hotel team with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, Hotel property, building and grounds. /liliEnforce Hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as the departments' rules, policies and standards. /liliRespond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls, minor injuries, disputes, stressful, and complicated issues etc. /liliPromote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the Hotel to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required. /liliRespond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed. Display complete knowledge of the fire/life System and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures. /liliPatrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards. Able walk /run upstairs carrying a fire extinguisher. /liliImplement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety. /liliShare duties in Operations Center with emergency and department phone monitoring, closed circuit television monitoring, alarm monitoring, vendor/solicitor/visitor access,



and key control. /liliAssist with Worker's Compensation, complete reports, and maintain a health and safety. /liliWrite comprehensive incident reports and conduct thorough investigations. Maintain report records, assist and follow- up on investigations, and approve reports and logs. Initiates and assists General liability reports. Promotes loss prevention through training and awareness throughout the building to reduce claims. /liliContain and transport items potentially contaminated in accordance with Blood Borne Pathogen program and training. /liliParticipate and take an active role in the development and implementation of the hotel's fire plan.
