Showroom and A&D; Specialist
The brand is seeking a motivated Showroom and A&D; Specialist reporting to Commercial Director. He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards;
- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy;
- Assist with stock management and ordering;
- Maintain up to date CRM;
- Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking;
- Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company’s brand awareness;
- Develop contract business through A&D; Clients. xjncmbx
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry;
- Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus;
- Strong communication skills and business acumen;
- High-end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry;
- Proficient in MS office;
- Fluent Italian and English.
