As one of the world's leading technology companies for connection technology in the energy sector, we are looking for people who can take on new challenges with fresh thinking and commitment. /p pAs a driver of innovation, we are supporting the global transition to renewable energies and the expansion of electricity grids. /p pYou can look forward to a job in a company with significant future potential. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize existing products to meet global market requirements. /li liDesign and develop specialized link boxes and related components for high-voltage underground cable systems. /li liAdapt and customize products according to customer-specific and country-specific requirements. /li liMaintain and expand technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical components. /li liCoordinate testing activities, including electrical and water immersion tests, working closely with one laboratory resource. /li liSupport root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective actions related to product performance. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including RD, Quality, Production,
