Our strength comes from our people, and here, the progress you make helps the entire automotive ecosystem move faster and with greater confidence. /pulli10X Virginia Business Best Places to Work /lili9X Washingtonian Great Places to Work /lili10X Washington Post Top Workplace /lili3X St. Louis Post-Dispatch Best Places to Work /li /ulh3What You'll Do /h3ulliConduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to develop an in-depth understanding of the automotive Chassis and Materials market, with particular attention to regulations, specifications, and supply chain trends. /liliServe as the subject matter expert for the market of Europe within the designated research focus, conducting interviews to obtain critical insights and specialized knowledge. /liliPresent research findings and data through webinars and at industry conferences, tradeshows, and client events. /liliCultivate and maintain a network of contacts at automotive companies, including both OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. /liliRespond to client product inquiries and provide support via email, phone,
and in-person meetings. /liliParticipate in project work, including cross-regional and cross-team initiatives as required. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3h3Required Qualifications /h3ulli2-5 years Tier-1/OEM Chassis or Materials experience required (experiences in the braking or steering industry preferred) /liliDegree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering preferred; other science-based degrees accepted with relevant experience /liliKnowledge of current and emerging automotive Chassis and Materials trends at OE level; /liliStrong interest and expertise in automotive technology; proven industry connections /liliAnalytical and data interpretation skills /liliProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliAI knowledge management experience is a strong plus /liliFamiliarity with database management or analytic tools (e.g., PowerBi, Java, Access, Knime) preferred /liliFluent in English; additional language skills are a plus (particularly German) /liliStrong presentation and client interaction skills advantageous /li /ulpCompensation for this position will be determined based on factors including geographic location, local market conditions, skills,
qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
