Our modern headquarters, inaugurated in 2023, houses dynamic teams united by a mission to illuminate the world sustainably. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a bLighting Design Warehouse Specialist /b to join our team in Turin, Italy. /p pThe position combines two key areas of responsibility: technical lighting design and photometric studies, supporting the sales and project teams, and the management of the local warehouse and inventory. /p pThe successful candidate will have a technical background, preferably in blighting engineering, electrical engineering, architectural lighting design or a related field /b, together with strong organisational and operational skills. /p pThe role is particularly suited to a proactive, autonomous and hands‑on person who is comfortable working both on technical projects and on operational warehouse activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLighting Design Photometric Studies /li liCarry out photometric and lighting studies for solar public lighting projects. /li liAnalyse project requirements, technical specifications and applicable lighting standards. /li liDevelop lighting layouts and simulations using dedicated lighting design software. /li liPrepare and optimise lighting solutions according to road classification, pedestrian areas, public spaces, car parks and other outdoor applications. /li liProduce technical documentation, including photometric calculations, lighting layouts, technical reports and project documentation. /li liSupport the Sales team during the technical development of projects and tenders. /li liReview and validate lighting proposals to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. /li liLiaise with customers, municipalities, engineers, architects and external technical consultants when required. /li liProvide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies through to project implementation. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of the company's lighting design tools, methodologies and technical documentation. /li liWarehouse Inventory Management /li liTake responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the Turin warehouse. /li liReceive, check and organise incoming goods and materials. /li liManage the storage,



identification and organisation of products, components and spare parts. /li liMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records. /li liMonitor stock levels and identify discrepancies or potential shortages. /li liPerform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records. /li liManage incoming and outgoing shipments in coordination with the Logistics team and headquarters. /li liPrepare products and components for customer deliveries, installations and technical activities. /liliEnsure that warehouse operations comply with company procedures and safety requirements. /li liCoordinate with the French headquarters and logistics department regarding stock movements, replenishment and shipments. /li liMaintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse environment. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse organisation, stock control and logistics processes. /li liCross‑functional Responsibilities /li liWork closely with the Sales, Technical, Logistics and After‑Sales teams. /li liAct as a local technical reference for lighting design and photometric studies. /li liSupport the Italy team in the preparation of customer presentations, technical proposals and project documentation. /li liCoordinate with the French headquarters to ensure consistency with Group procedures, technical standards and inventory management processes. /li liContribute to the development of the Turin hub and the organisation of local operational activities. /li /ul h3What You Can Bring To Us /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Lighting Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering or a related technical discipline. /li liPrevious experience in lighting design, photometric studies, electrical design or outdoor lighting is preferred. /li liKnowledge of lighting standards and regulations, particularly UNI EN 13201 and UNI 11248, is considered a strong advantage. /li liExperience with lighting design and photometric software such as DIALux / DIALux evo is preferred. /li liGood knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software is an advantage. /li liPrevious experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics management is preferred.



/li liGood IT skills and confidence working with Excel and inventory management systems. /li liAbility to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. /li liFluent Italian and good English communication skills are required.
