ppWe are looking for a Project HSE Manager to join our office in Milano. /p h3Your Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, implement, coordinate, and supervise all HSE activities within projects, in accordance with project complexity, scope of work, company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and international standards. /li liSupport company-wide HSE initiatives, including bid preparation, management system maintenance, training activities, KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous improvement programs. /li liLead and influence project teams, colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors to work safely and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities. /li liDefine and implement the project HSE management strategy throughout the entire project lifecycle, from proposal and tender phases through project execution and completion. /li liProvide expert support to company functions and project teams when dealing with clients on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters. /li liEnsure that all project HSE activities comply with applicable legislation, client requirements, international standards, and Prysmian's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, including those applicable to suppliers and subcontractors. /li liCoordinate with manufacturing HSE teams to ensure alignment with company policies and project-specific requirements, while collaborating with operations teams and local offices to effectively implement HSE methodologies and foster a strong safety culture. /li liEnsure vessel operations are conducted in compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other relevant maritime regulations. /li liSupport project teams in the risk management process, including risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, and other hazard identification and mitigation activities. /li liLead and facilitate accident and incident investigations, analyze trends and root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to improve project and organizational HSE performance. /li liConduct internal and external HSE audits during prequalification, tendering, and project execution phases.



/li liDevelop, deliver, and promote project-specific HSE training programs and behavioral safety initiatives for employees, suppliers, and subcontractors. /li liEnsure the development, implementation, maintenance, review, and continuous improvement of the Company HSE Management System in line with Corporate guidelines, ensuring its effective application across projects. /li liLead the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of HSE performance indicators, driving data-based improvement initiatives and ensuring accurate performance monitoring. /li /ul h3You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are /h3 ul liFluent in English and Italian /li liMaster Degree in mechanical/ chemical /safety / environment engineering /li liUp to 5/7 years of experience as/in HSE Engineer/ HSE advisor with onshore and/or offshore (nice to have) site experience /li liISO 45001 and ISO14001 knowledge and lead auditor certification /li liIncident Investigation techniques (TapRoot/ Kelvin Top Set preferred) /li liKnowledge of Italian HSE legislation and UK HSE legislation (nice to have) /li liKnowledge of HSE Risk Assessment techniques (ISO31000 nice to have) /li liStrong communication interpersonal skills /li liDecision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills /li liStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset /li /ul h3What We Offer You /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent tempo pieno /li liLocation: Milano /li liApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. /li liJob Level/Category: in line with the applicable collective agreement /li liGross annual salary no less than:
