- Drive project planning, timeline creation, milestone scheduling, and KPI monitoring across design modelling activities.
- Manage cost estimation for clay, resin, structural frames, supports, and hard components.
- Monitor budgets, identify risks and deviations.
- Track progress, delays, deliverables, and risks; prepare structured weekly status updates.
- Prepare professional presentations and documentation.
Requirements

- 5+ years experience in automotive design project management, planning, or program coordination.
- Strong capability in timeline management, milestone tracking.
- Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial monitoring.
- Familiarity with materials and components used for prototype model building (clay, resin, structures, hard parts).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign; strong communication and documentation skills.
Salary range: €30,000 – €45,000 gross per year
