ph3bJoin Us: Technical Project Manager - Data Engineering Infrastructure /b /h3 pAre you a passionate and talented professional, eager to shape the strategies of the future through innovative technologies? /p pAt Target Reply, you’ll have the opportunity to put your experience into practice, work on impactful projects, and engage with the technologies and paradigms that are transforming the world of data and technology. /p h3WHO WE ARE /h3 pTarget Reply is the company of the Reply Group specialized in Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, Cloud Architecture and Artificial Intelligence. /p pWith a diverse portfolio of clients across key industries, you’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, designing and delivering innovative solutions based on modern data architectures and emerging technologies. /p h3DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE /h3 pTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager motivated to grow in an innovative environment, developing solid expertise in the coordination and delivery of data-driven initiatives and technology projects. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libLead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex data engineering projects: /bfrom translating technical requirements into actionable WBS to defining project roadmaps, managing scope, and overseeing the contractual phases. /li libProactively monitor project health: /b tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and implementing timely mitigations or escalations to safeguard business outcomes. /li libOversee project budget and resource management: /b tracking financial expenditures and optimizing team allocation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently within the established financial framework. /li libAct as the primary interface for all project stakeholders: /bfacilitating seamless communication and alignment between the internal team (Technical Leaders, Analysts, Engineers) and external parties, including clients, support groups, and third-party providers. /li libManage the continuous delivery of the project stream: /bserving as the main point of contact for the client, leading periodic progress meetings (SAL), and ensuring transparent reporting to cultivate a strong, long-term partnership. /li libOversee AMS activities and Service Management: /bensuring full alignment with defined SLA targets, governing the scope of support services,
and coordinating the resolution of critical incidents and emergency escalations to maintain system stability and business continuity. /li libFoster technical and process innovation: /bidentifying and proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data Engineering and Analytics to enhance overall delivery efficiency. /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul libEducational Background: /b Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related data-centric disciplines. (Minimum grade: 100/110). /li libExperience: /b At least 1.5 years of proven experience in Project Management, IT Governance, Technical Team Leading, or similar roles within complex technology environments. /li libCommunication Stakeholder Management: /bExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. /li libMethodological Proficiency: /bSolid understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. /li libOperational Tooling: /bProficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Planner, ServiceNow, Confluence). /li libAnalytical Mindset: /bStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management. /li libTech-Driven Curiosity: /bGenuine interest in deepening technical knowledge and understanding complex IT ecosystems. /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE /h3 ul libDomain Expertise: /bProven experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Delivery projects. Exposure to the Banking Finance sector is considered a significant plus. /li libCertifications: /b Professional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM). /li libTechnical Familiarity: /bBasic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico).
