Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3ulliSupport the collection, cleansing, and validation of data from multiple business sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across datasets. /liliDevelop insightful reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Excel, transforming data into meaningful information that supports business decisions. /liliConduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, helping stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of business performance and key drivers.
/liliPartner with cross-functional teams to understand their information needs, translating business requirements into actionable data insights and reporting solutions. /liliContribute to the automation of recurring processes and reporting activities through Excel, Python, and SQL, improving efficiency, scalability, and overall data quality. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. /liliBasic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and either Python or R, with a willingness to further develop technical and analytical skills. /liliA genuine interest in data analysis, digital technologies, and the role they play in driving business performance and innovation. /liliStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges in a structured and curious way. /liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment. /li /ulh3Join the Team! /h3pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
