We are present with thirteen locations in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. /ppLa risorsa collaborerà con le diverse funzioni aziendali nell’area Finance per garantire la corretta gestione dei processi amministrativi e contabili relativi al ciclo passivo, contribuendo al rispetto delle scadenze e alla qualità dei dati contabili. /ph3Principali responsabilità /h3ulliGestione dell'intero processo di contabilità fornitori (ciclo passivo) /liliRegistrazione delle fatture passive, verificandone la correttezza formale e sostanziale /liliGestione e risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e discrepanze documentali /liliRegistrazione delle operazioni contabili e predisposizione della relativa documentazione amministrativa /liliVerifica e riconciliazione delle partite contabili fornitori /liliGestione dello scadenziario fornitori e predisposizione dei pagamenti /liliMonitoraggio dei costi e supporto alle attività di chiusura contabile mensile e annuale /liliGestione delle note di credito e delle scritture di competenza /liliAggiornamento e manutenzione delle anagrafiche fornitori /liliGestione dei rapporti con i fornitori per gli aspetti amministrativi e contabili /liliControllo delle schede contabili e del partitario fornitori /liliSupporto nella predisposizione della documentazione richiesta per audit interni ed esterni. /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliDiploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea in discipline economiche /liliEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito amministrativo-contabile, preferibilmente nella gestione della contabilità fornitori /liliBuona conoscenza dei principi contabili /liliOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel /liliFamiliarità con sistemi ERP e gestionali contabili /liliBuona capacità di analisi, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli /liliOttime capacità organizzative e relazionali /liliAttitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione delle priorità /liliUna buona conoscenza della lingua inglese rappresenta un plus /li /ulpRAL indicativa compresa tra € 30.000 e € 35.000.
