The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with Operations, Production, Retail, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders in order to support business needs, new product development, seasonal initiatives, and strategic projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Procurement Category Management /h3 ul liDefine and implement procurement strategies in line with business objectives /li liOversee the management and development of multiple procurement categories, ensuring quality, competitiveness, innovation, and supply continuity /li liMonitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities /li liSupport the development and launch of new products, seasonal items, and strategic projects /li liDrive continuous improvement across procurement processes and ways of working /li /ul h3Supplier Management Strategic Sourcing /h3 ul liIdentify, select, qualify, and develop local and international suppliers /li liLead commercial negotiations, tenders,
and purchasing conditions /li liDevelop and manage strategic supplier relationships and long-term partnerships /li liMonitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery times, and service levels /li liIdentify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity /li /ul h3Cost Budget Management /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze purchasing costs and overall procurement spend /li liIdentify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities /li liSupport the definition and management of procurement budgets and forecasts /li liMonitor category performance and contribute to margin improvement initiatives /li liEnsure purchasing decisions are aligned with financial and business targets /li /ul h3Planning Supply Chain /h3 ul liCoordinate procurement planning and ensure appropriate stock levels and product availability /li liMonitor demand and purchasing requirements in collaboration with Operations, Production, and Retail /li liMonitor supply criticalities and coordinate corrective actions /li liSupport the optimization of purchasing and supply chain processes /li /ul h3Reporting Projects /h3 ul liMonitor procurement data, supplier information, and category KPIs /li liPrepare reports on costs, savings, supplier performance, and procurement performance /li liLead and support strategic procurement projects, including new openings, new concepts, process optimization,
and product development /li liProvide procurement insights and recommendations to senior management /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul li10–15 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing roles /li liStrong previous experience in the bFood Beverage sector /b, preferably within retail, hospitality, luxury, or organized food service environments /li liProven experience in managing multiple categories, strategic suppliers, and complex procurement activities /li liPrevious experience in managing or sourcing food packaging, including food-contact packaging, is required /li liStrong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills /li liProven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement performance management /li liStrong understanding of food supply chains, purchasing planning, and inventory management /li liExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / ERP systems /li liStrong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent English /li liStrong organizational and communication skills /li liStructured approach to problem solving and ability to manage priorities /li liAbility to lead and develop a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment /li liRAL: 55.000 - 75.000€ /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
