ppThe RACF IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity Access Security services in mainframe environments, with particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management and compliance activities. /p ul liContribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments /li liSupport the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures /li liCollaborate with teams involved in: /li liIAM platforms and integration initiatives /li liSIEM and monitoring solutions /li liAssist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments /li /ul h3Security Governance Compliance /h3 ul liSupport compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g. ISAE 3402) /li liContribute to access certification and privileged account review processes /li liAssist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediation follow-up /li /ul h3IAM Service Support /h3 ul liContribute to the management of the IAM service lifecycle /li liSupport service monitoring activities, backlog management and SLA tracking /li liParticipate in the implementation and maintenance of standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow-based processes /li liIdentify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with the team /li /ul h3Projects Technology Evolution /h3 ul liSupport initiatives involving RACF administration tools, including migrations and technology upgrades /li liContribute to project planning, effort estimation and solution implementation activities /li liAssist in modernization and optimization initiatives /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liProvide technical expertise on IAM and RACF topics within the team /li liCollaborate with:
/li liInfrastructure Security teams /li liIAM Governance teams /li liApplication teams /li liSupport coordination activities across different stakeholders to help meet project and operational objectives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5 years in /li liIdentity Access Management /li liMainframe Security / RACF /li liIdentity Governance /li liExperience in: /li liaudit and compliance processes /li limulti-country / distributed organizations /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liEnglish at least B2 level. Italian is a plus /li liRACF (advanced administration and governance) /li liIAM processes and tools /li liSIEM integration and security monitoring /li liAudit compliance frameworks /li liSailpoint, CyberArk, EntraID /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong ownership and accountability /li liAnalytical and structured mindset /li liStakeholder management across functions /li liAbility to operate as SME / Architect /li /ul pCertifications on specific tools and/or security are a plus /p h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between 50K€ and 55K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
