Position
HR Generalist
The HR Generalist supports the operational and organizational management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to the effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, development, administration, training, engagement, and organizational activities.
The role provides support to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies, current regulations, and business objectives, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and skills-development-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities and Activities
- Support recruitment and selection processes for white-collar and blue-collar profiles.
- Manage onboarding activities and the integration of new employees into the company.
- Support training, development, and performance management processes.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of job descriptions, organizational charts, and organizational documentation.
- Provide operational support to managers and employees on daily HR-related matters.
- Monitor contract deadlines, HR documentation, and key personnel KPIs.
- Collaborate with payroll and personnel administration teams to ensure proper HR data management.
- Support engagement, welfare, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute to the management of disciplinary processes and employee relations in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support organizational improvement, HR digitalization, and change management projects.
- Ensure the proper updating and archiving of HR documentation in compliance with privacy regulations and GDPR requirements.
- Collaborate with external organizations, agencies, and HR service providers.
Requirements
Technical:
- Knowledge of key HR processes.
- Knowledge of labor law and main contractual frameworks.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Ability to use HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- HR data analysis and reporting skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of organizational principles and people management practices.
- A degree will be considered a plus.
