Circular Resourcing partners with a JV Development Platform to hire a proactive Project Development Manager / Country Manager to drive the business in Italy.

Role Overview
As Head of Project Development, you will lead the deployment of Solar & BESS activities across the region and oversee project development through a network of co‑developers, ensuring projects reach Ready‑to‑Build status and progress through to construction.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage project development activities in Italy, coordinating with co‑developers and reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Drive projects to RTB status by securing EPC contracts, offtake agreements, and financing.
- Prepare and submit projects for Italian energy tenders.
- Identify and manage local service providers based on project geography.
- Oversee project timelines and development expenditure (DevEx).
- Provide technical support during pre‑construction and construction phases, including subcontractor selection, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure high‑quality reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile

- A go‑getter who can build relationships and manage a growing pipeline of utility‑scale projects across Italy.
- Ideally minimum 5 years of experience in Solar / BESS project development. xysqume
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in Italy.
